So… I LOVE SHOPPING!
I simply couldn’t resist these Gucci Shoes! They are (in many people’s eyes) an older person’s penny driver, while in fact they are ripe for all ages especially when worn correctly!
Slap on these bad boys in guccissima (the leather which is heat stamped and slathered in fat and left to soften up for around 24 hours and then made into my beautiful shoes) and you are rockin fashionable shoes that’ll take you from the yacht to the strip and then back home for a night cap.
Next up I needed a pair of shoes that were fun and could be worn on the dance floor when shaking my groove thang. Naturally I decided on another pair of Gucci’s but this time I got probably the youngest pair available, the beige and ebony GG fabric with the eponymous green red green signature web and brown neoprene backing high top sneakers! I have never owned high tops before! not even when I was a kid. All the cool kids were walking around in their blinking high tops and I was crying alone in the washroom.
Ha Ha ew just kidding but seriously I never had high tops.
After going GG crazy I decided to head over to Louis with my Holt Renfrew bags and set them on the counter for a while (They are heavy!) Then I saw it!
The Neo Card Holder in the new Monogram Macassar Canvas! It was love at first sight and as soon as I saw what the Marquis of Fashion business card looked like inside I was SO SOLD! The I thought… wait my business card holder was monogrammed and personalized… do you think??? And just from the look in my eyes my sales gal knew what I wanted, just nodded, and then heatstamped my initials into the back on the black part of the Macassar coated canvas. The gold STJ looks so damn good I think it will go on all of my Louis purchases from here on in.
Lastly just as the sales person was wrapping up my new wallet I noticed the shades that have changed my life.
I have never noticed the sturdy feeling of a Louis Vuitton Sunglass in your hands until just now. I guess I have always overlooked them.
You could (And I WON’T but you probably could) sit on them and astonish yourself as they kept their form and didn’t get smashed to smitherines. Not that you are fat but you get what I’m saying.
Actually I bet these sunglasses would give that creepy old guy on “Will it Blend” a run for his money.
So to safe-guard my tortured eyes from the malicious sun I picked up the sunglasses and told my lady to add them to the pile.
P.S. the sun glasses are named the Attitude Pilote (Pilot with attitude) and are a classic aviator-style sunglass. They have the Damier pattern in matte and shiny gold metal on the temples and nose bridge. They are also 100% UV protection with a graduated lenses and to complete the party they have the LV logo engraved on the right lens!
Cheers to shopping and finding the perfect… everything!
